CROYDE CHESTNUT HOUSE OVERVIEW
CHESTNUT HOUSE is a beautifully presented and luxuriously appointed 6-bedroomed home with a large principal sitting room/diner, second sitting room, 3 en-suite bathrooms making it an ideal holiday home for a large party or several families.

The golden sands of Croyde beach are within walking distance along the pretty beach path, which leads from the village. There are excellent local pubs & restaurants on your doorstep.

LIVING AREAS
From the large brick paved driveway, enter the property via the side door into a vestibule. This area provides direct access to downstairs Bedroom 1 and bathroom amenities. Leading off the kitchen is a spacious dedicated dining area with elegant dining suite, extending table and chairs (an additional fold-out table with seating is in the kitchen), leaded windows overlooking the garden towards the village and has feature beams.

The principle sitting room with large leather corner unit comfortably seating 12 with a convenient long-length coffee table, large TV, DVD & Sky (freeview package) is a great sociable space for relaxing, unwinding and spending time with family or friends.

From the lounge enter the hallway leading to stairs or corridor to the second sitting/sun room. This lovely space has been designed as a teen/kid's pad with 2 sleeper sofas and TV. Patio doors to the beautifully planted front garden and another set to the rear enclosed courtyard.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a large L-shaped room, fitted with cream painted units and beech effect worktops.

It is well equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday and contains a Rangemaster 5-ring cooker with two ovens & separate grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, airing cupboard as well as little extras such as a filter coffee machine.

BEDROOMS
Ground floor Bedroom 1 suite is accessed prior to entering the kitchen. This is a self-contained unit with twin beds, WC and large shower room.

French doors lead to a decked patio and the courtyard beyond.

Bedroom 2(Ground Floor) is garden facing with a large leather double sleigh bed, solid bedside cabinets and lamps with extra storage in the large built-in cupboards.

Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor) is a lovely courtyard-facing twin bedroom with bedside cabinets and reading lamps.

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs) enjoys a super king double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, a large cupboard and chest of drawers with en-suite bathroom. From the window you can see far-reaching country views.

Bedroom 5 and 6 is a conjoined family-style unit featuring bunk beds as well as a super king double bed. Each section has large storage space with closets and chests of drawers and serviced by an en-suite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
CHESTNUT HOUSE caters very well for the large holiday group with 4 bathrooms. Two en-suite bathrooms are upstairs, each containing a bath with hand-held shower unit, WC and basin. The large family bathroom downstairs has a large corner bath as well as separate shower enclosure, WC and basin; whilst the contained unit downstairs has a WC, basin as well as very large walk-in shower.

OUTDOORS
The gated front garden is beautifully planted with lawned area, well established trees and feature walls, whilst the rear courtyard garden is decked and fully enclosed for privacy - an ideal place for al fresco breakfasting and dining. Enjoy an evening BBQ or a game of croquet.
