The village has excellent pubs and restaurants, surf shops, mini mart and a Post Office all within a few minutes walk. LIVING AREAS
The stunning sitting room has white wood-planked angled ceilings and floor to ceiling velux windows offering views over Croyde Burrows to the sea. The central window is a velux 'cabrio' which opens as a balcony. Extremely spacious, light and bright, this is a great space to relax and unwind. This room has oak floors with two large sofas in an L-shape (each a double sofa bed), a sleek wood burning stove and an LCD TV with DVD player and Sky package. KITCHEN
The kitchen has modern white units and wooden worktops and is equipped with a ceramic hob, double oven with grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is everything you could need for your self catering holiday. The dining area has an oak dining table and chairs seating 4 people, a CD system with iPod dock and patio doors to the deck for al fresco dining or sun-downers.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 is an oak-floored master bedroom with en-suite shower room, double bed, twin bedside cabinets and reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full length mirror. A really lovely calm space that is east facing for morning sun. The newly installed en suite has a large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
