You enter on the ground level into a long spacious, welcoming entrance hall, which leads to a family bathroom and 4 ground floor bedrooms (including Master en-suite). Access to the open plan 1st floor is via the original staircase.
Lounge/Diner: A triple aspect room with French doors onto decked balcony by day offers rural views and fine sea views towards Lundy Island, followed in an evening by stunning sunsets.
AREA 1: Lounge with 2 brown leather sofa’s consisting of 1 two-seater and 1 three-seater sofa plus a brown leather chair. In the middle of the room is a low-level pine table currently housing the remote controls. The two-seater sofa sits within a lovely large bay window with modern white venetian blinds with superb sea and county views and panoramic sea view towards Lundy Island. Entertainment is provided via the TV, Video, DVD and CD player.
AREA 2: Dining area with large oblong table seating 8 people and 2 additional brown leather and pine chairs so that you can relax in style. Within this dining area is a CD radio for your entertainment and 2 large windows overlooking the enclosed garden and summer house.
Immediately adjoining the dining area is a very modern u-shaped contemporary kitchen. This contemporary look is finished in graphite grey with aqua green and stainless steel trimmings. With further grey contemporary floor and wall tiles, clean fresh white walls with modern sunken lighting. A well-equipped kitchen, you will find absolutely everything you would need including; stainless steel bin, stainless steel tea, coffee and sugar canisters, kettle, 2-slice toaster, microwave, electric hob and extractor fan, electric fan oven, cafetiere, integrated 3-drawer freezer, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. A full compliment of pots, pans, plates and cutlery is provided along with a plentiful supply of cookware, cooking utensils, knives, chopping boards, glasses as well as thoughtful children’s cutlery and crockery. Also stored within the kitchen area is a selection of DVD’s and a radio / docking station.
SUNSET BEACH is a stylish modern house built on the 'upside down' principle comprising of 4 bedrooms on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: known as the master bedroom with en-suite, has a leather double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and full-length mirror. An archway with vibrant red linen curtains through to a small corridor leads you to a built-in, double wardrobes and 2 shelved cupboards. At the end of the corridor are French double doors leading to the outside decking area and garden.
Bedroom 2: with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe with full-length mirror. A good-sized bright room with a large bay window giving aspect to the front and side of the property.
Bedroom 3: is south facing with twin beds, triple wardrobe with full-length mirror and bedside draws.
Bedroom 4: has a trundle bed that converts from a single to twin or double, a single wardrobe and bedside draws. This room also has sliding patio doors to outside decking area and garden.
SUNSET BEACH has a family bathroom, en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.
A large family bathroom located on the first floor, fitted with a white bathroom suite including WC, wash hand basin, white wood panelled jacuzzi bath with handheld shower attachment over, a full-length heated towel rail, a further walk-in shower cubicle with power shower decorated throughout with modern grey bathroom tiles and matching slate grey tiling.
Off to the right of the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom containing a white suite with a power shower above the bath, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and shaving point. A separate WC and wash basin can be found upstairs just off the stunning upstairs living area.
Access to the outside area is through the master or twin bedroom. The outside decking area leads to a private garden and is a fabulous suntrap and in an evening is ideal for outside entertaining / dining and BBQ’s. Appreciate the 360 degree hill views and the sound of the sea from the sun-trap garden. Enjoy the unsurpassed panoramic sea views and beyond to Lundy Island from the balcony off of the upstairs lounge.

Croyde Bay is renowned as a premier surfing beach destination in England for short and long boards. For the more adventurous, kite surfing, volley ball, kayaking and horse riding is on your doorstep. Within walking distance of Croyde beach enjoy its ice cream shop, gourmet restaurants, superb village pubs, surf shops, and art gallery. This classic 'chocolate-box' village is steeped in old-world charm and echoes the feeling of life in Britain in times gone by. Coastal and Countryside walks include the majestic Croyde cliff path to Baggy Point, (and for those energetic), to Woolacombe and beyond.
CYCLE TO - A day at historic Braunton Burrows is great. Cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon.
DRIVE TO – explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more.
