Open-plan and contemporary, LOOT STUDIO offers a lounge area with large corner sofa, which converts into a double bed. There is a flat-screen TV with Freesat (freeview channels) and DVD player (with a selection of DVD’s) and selection of board games for in-house entertainment as well as a wall-mounted electric fireplace for ambiance and warmth. The dining area has table and four chairs.
KITCHEN
The kitchen area is open-plan, modern and very well-equipped including oven & ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board as well as ample storage space for your groceries.
BEDROOM
In the master bedroom there is a fabulous double bed with hotel-style bed linen, bedside tables, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and halogen spot lighting. The studio is child friendly, with large floor space for a cot in the bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge providing additional informal sleeping for 2 people.
BATHROOM
The shower room provides a double walk in shower, a WC and square washbasin and luxury bath towels.

Off-street parking available all year.
Parking available for upto 30 minutes outside the property between May and September - really useful for unloading luggage etc.....
Parking permit provided for Village Hall upto 30th September (only 2-minutes walk away for Loot Studio)
