SANDY BAY is a truly beautiful holiday home, in a prime location within a short stroll to the beach and to the centre of Croyde village with its vibrant pubs and restaurants, surf and beach shops, great for families and a favourite with surfers. A luxurious 4-bedroom bungalow offering the perfect holiday accommodation for all with its contemporary layout.

SANDY BAY is a stunning property decorated throughout to the highest of standards in neutral colours with high quality oak flooring and oak doors. The property comprises a spectacular lounge, contemporary open plan kitchen with dining area and a magnificent conservatory lounge. Sandy Bay sleeps 8+2, in 4 bedrooms, it has a modern family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom, a truly high standard of comfort and convenience. There is private parking at the front of the property, a paved driveway with ample parking for 4 cars with a privet hedge and side gate to the rear garden.


Entrance through a double-glazed front door into a small lobby with fully-fitted carpet matting and into the wide main hallway. The contemporary lounge is a large comfortable room for the entire family to enjoy. It is well furnished with 2 high quality large leather sofas and a large fabric comfy chair with a small coffee table in the centre of the room. Also supplied is a large wall-mounted flat panel TV (with full Sky Entertainment package), WiFi and a stylish pebble fuel effect gas fire, DVD player, PlayStation 2 with a selection of games, Nintendo Wii with games. The conservatory lounge is accessed via the kitchen/dining area or from the garden. This is a large sociable space, the perfect place to relax, unwind, enjoy the sunshine and to take in the garden views with decadent under-floor heating for those chilly evenings. This fantastic room is furnished with a cream wicker sofa, seating 3 and 2 cream wicker chairs. A glass table and conservatory lighting, CD/DAB radio make for the perfect night-time ambiance


This very large, modern kitchen, has been designed for easy access and movement, with a fabulous selection of cream/off-white kitchen units and dark brown work surfaces with ample cupboards and drawers for storage. In this well-equipped area you will find everything you could possibly need including a bread bin, chopping board, knife rack, tea, coffee & sugar caddies, kettle, 2 x black granite worktop protectors, built-in microwave, built-in oven, 5-ring gas burner hob, extractor hood, 6-slice toaster, integrated fridge/freezer, integrated tumble dryer, integrated dishwasher, cafetiere, a vast selection of glasses and a large pull-out larder for storage. A plentiful supply of cookware is available including the finest Le Creuset cookware. Dog bowls are available for canine guests. Off the kitchen is a rear entrance lobby/utility room housing the boiler together with washing machine, hoover, stair gates, airer, 2 x irons, iron board, mop and bucket.
In the dining area there is seating for 8 with a wooden highchair for younger guests + a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A useful welcome basket is also provided with an assortment of information of where to eat, shop, places to go etc.. A second wooden highchair is also provided for the larger family and immediately next to this area is a really neat stainless steel sensor bin.


There are 4 bedrooms of which 1 is off the main lounge area.

Bedroom 1 - is a double bedroom immediately off the lounge area with a large solid wooden double bed, 2 bedside tables with 3-drawers and a bedside lamp. A wardrobe with matching chest of drawers and a handy pine mirror complete the furnishings.

Bedroom 2 - Off the main hallway is a good-size master bedroom with a large double-bed, bedside tables, a very large chest of drawers with a large mirror over. Also available in the master bedroom is a Portable TV with freeview receiver. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room

Bedroom 3 - off the main hallway, has pine bunk beds (with 2 Z-beds under), a chest of drawers with mirror over. There is a built-in wardrobe, housing spare duvets and pillows.

Bedroom 4 - is a twin-bedded room, a bedside table between the beds and a built in wardrobe.

(All the beds, including the singles and bunks now have luxury memory foam mattresses).


SANDY BAY has 1 en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Immediately next to the Twin Room is the family bathroom, which has a white suite comprising large walk-in power shower, WC, basin, bath and heated towel rail. Finished to a high standard with natural coloured floor, wall tiling and down-lights.

Fully enclosed and private garden, mainly laid to lawn with border shrubs and bushes, this sunny aspect garden provides plenty of space for play, relaxation and outdoor entertaining with a large garden table with seating for 6. An outside hose is provided, a rotary washing line as well as a wooden seat. At the rear of the garden is a summerhouse / storage area currently housing 2 x sun-loungers, a windbreaker, kettle style BBQ and charcoal. Paved driveway with off-road parking for 4 cars.
