You will also be able to savour an uninterrupted view of Lundy Island, it’s silhouette seemingly hanging in suspense on the horizon. After a 5 minute stroll you are on the unspoilt 3 mile stretch of sand that is Woolacombe Beach leading out to Putsborough Sands. Whilst the other 2 beaches, Combesgate and Barricane are just as close. WOOLACOMBE PANORAMA backs on to hundreds of acres of prime National Trust land. Popular with families and surfers alike Woolacombe has a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants, clubs and shops and retains much of the architectural charm of a traditional seaside village. Wake up in the morning, go for a walk on the beach, take advantage of the surf, grab a bite to eat from one of the great local eateries, then enjoy sundowners in the garden whilst watching the glorious sun setting over the distant horizon, accompanied by the seaside soundtrack of waves breaking on the shoreline and the tantalising sizzle of fresh meat and seafood gently cooking on the charcoal barbeque - experience relaxed ‘by-the-beach living’ in this superb holiday destination.
There is a seaside theme throughout the home, and a light and airy feel. The lounge is stylish and modern, with quality features and furnishings. Unique artwork and a feature fireplace add character and a homely atmosphere. There are two 3-seater leather sofas and a wall-mounted 42” flatscreen plasma TV with Freeview, DVD player and sound system. Central heating will keep you warm and cosy during the winter months, and there is a small book selection for some relaxing holiday reading. The dining area, seating 6-8 people, is also located in the lounge, creating a large open plan social space. Large picture windows allow the room to be flooded with light and also enable guests to take full advantage of the panoramic views that are ever changing according to the light, time of day or sun position.
The separate double aspect kitchen is spacious and functional, with the following facilities: fridge/freezer, oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a good supply of pots, pans, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is also a breakfast table and chairs thoughtfully provided. You can enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee and tuck into a hearty breakfast of bacon and fresh eggs whilst gazing out towards Hartland Point, Lundy Island or over the vast ocean.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom. This gorgeous bedroom has white floorboards, white furniture, bedside tables and overlooks the rear of the property. There is plenty of storage space and there is the added convenience of a pedestal wash basin.a
Bedroom 2: Has bunk beds that are suitable for both children and adults, a single bed and high quality fold away bed. The room is large enough to accommodate 4 people, this an ideal family room, great for children or groups of friends, with the bonus of a wash basin.
Bedroom 3: Is a good sized double bedroom. This sunny room is presented with clean white decorative lines and whitewashed floorboards, co-ordinating bedside tables and plenty of storage. There are sure to be arguments over who has this room as the large window affords the occupants with an enviable view of the ocean and coastline.
The spacious family bathroom is contemporary with white walls and simple black splashback tiling. There is a bath, shower overhead, WC and wash basin.
The lawned front garden is the best place to enjoy the stunning 180 degree views that WOOLACOMBE PANORAMA affords its guests. A brick built BBQ is provided next to the side patio (Note: No Grill supplied), a garden table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining, so make the most of sunny days and eat outdoors! WOOLACOMBE PANORAMA backs on to hundreds of acres of prime National Trust land and guests can take advantage of the private access to this land at the rear of the property.

WALK TO – Woolacombe is an ideal centre for an amazing range of Adventure Sports including Surfing, Paragliding, Kayaking, Coasteering and much more. Take a boat trip to Lundy Island,or a coastal Wildlife Cruise, enjoy a day out on a fishing boat or saddle up and go horse riding across the sand dunes and bridle ways. Woolacombe, extending to Putsborough, making a 3 mile sandy beach holds the 'England for Excellence Gold Award' for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. This stretch of golden sand has won both the blue flag and Premier Seaside Beach awards for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. Lifeguards ensure safe family swimming during the summer and surfers come from all over the country to enjoy the great waves and clean water. Enjoy family friendly pubs, serving good pub grub. Spoil yourself at one of the many seafood restaurants in and around Woolacombe and Mortehoe, or just have a takeaway, fish and chips or a delicious cream tea as well as browse the many surf and variety shops. CYCLE TO - National Cycle Network,Devon Coast Route 27. This is a wonderfully scenic circular route on the North Devon coast with a link that allows a start and finish in Ilfracombe. and takes in two superb traffic free sections, the National Trust coast route beside the sea at Woolacombe Sands and the former railway path from Ilfracombe to Willingcott Cross. The remainder is along attractive minor roads through quiet villages and rolling Devon farmland.
DRIVE TO – explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Spend a quiet day on protected Hele Bay beach or enjoy a Devon cream tea at Lee Bay. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour, Mortehoe (mentioned in the Doomsday Book) and many more. Willingcott Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in this beautiful part of England.
